Oscar has built and led product and software teams as both a founder and a leader in high-growth startups. He is currently leading Nuvocargo’s digital product team, building technology to simplify US-Mexico logistics and customs.

He co-founded YaVoy, a digital marketplace in Latin America, and has since focused on developing tools that streamline supply chains. At Nuvocargo, he is leading the development of the first TMS designed for cross-border freight in North America, deploying AI agents to automate repetitive tasks, and helping large companies adopt emerging technology to improve service, cut costs, and gain real-time visibility.
